You grant Nexaus a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display and process Your Content only as needed to operate the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, unless retention is required by law.

You are responsible for Your Content. You confirm that you have the rights to share it and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

The Service, including its software, design, features, branding and documentation, is the exclusive property of Nexaus and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works based on the Service without our written consent.

The Service relies on a small number of trusted third-party providers for seamless integration. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. Nexaus is not responsible for their practices.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe that:

• You have breached these Terms.
• Your use poses a security or legal risk.
• Continuing to serve you is no longer commercially feasible.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion by contacting us.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexaus and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents or licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Nexaus and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses and expenses arising from your use of the Service, Your Content or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nexaus is established. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will provide additional notice such as a banner or email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
